Thrivecraft Meditation Groups and Retreats

Thrivecraft meditation groups offer support and guidance to old and new meditators alike. They are friendly and enthusiastic gatherings, where we learn, practise and (sometimes) discuss meditation with the help of our experienced teacher, Srimati. The teaching is sensitive to the needs of the participants, yet follows a progression through the classes or weekend.

With a strong emphasis on preparation, body awareness and intuition, we explore practises that develop unconditional love and radiant awareness. We also include supporting practises including a powerful creative manifestation meditation, and other meditations personally developed by Srimati.

Srimati has been meditating for twenty five years and teaching it for fifteen. She draws her inspiration from Buddhism, Shamanism, Metaphysics, and universal wisdom.
