Thrivecraft coaching

A coaching programme is a complete support system to guide you through positive changes in any area of your life, work or relationships.

The programme begins with various appraisals to see where you are in your life and where you want to take it. Then, the way forward is clearly laid out, giving you the structure and method to walk the changes step by step.

During your sessions, you will be given 100% support by your coach who guides you to find your own natural motivation and overcome blocks and obstacles.

With the help of coaching, you can meet challenges and succeed in whatever you set your heart on.

What is a coaching session like?

During sessions, you have powerful one-to-one conversations about your life. In this conversation your coach actively listens to you, asks questions, and guides you to your own answers.

Always seeing the highest vision of you, your coach will also share powerful principles, tools, and insights to help awaken you. Woven into the conversations will be guided meditations, visualisations and other exercises. You will also identify excercises and practices to be done at home, and agree a clear plan of action for every step of the way.

As your coach, we are like a consultant, guide, support and confidant rolled into one. A coach is your ally as you go forward in life.

Is Thrivecraft coaching for me?

Are you ready to make a change in your life? Are you stuck or at a dead end? Do you have a project or aim in life that you need some support with? Life coaching is about looking forward and developing the positivity and clarity to make the best of yourself, the best of your life.

One or two coaching sessions may be enough to move you through a straightforward change, or you may want to embark on a whole course of coaching in order to make deeper changes. You need to feel ready to engage whole heartedly in a life coaching programme to make the most of it. As well as regular sessions with your coach, you will have 'homework' to reflect on or write about to aid your development.

Coaching is something you learn to apply to your life to make permanent changes for the better. Going through a coaching programme may be something you only do once or twice in your life, so timing is important. Are you ready?
